精品文档---下载后可任意编辑Monel/Cu 爆炸复合棒的制备及复合过程数值模拟讨论的开题报告【摘要】Monel 合金是一种含镍合金,具有优异的耐磨性、抗腐蚀性和耐高温性能,是航空、航天和海洋工程中常用的材料。而 Cu 是一种低成本、易加工、导电性能极佳的金属。将 Monel 和 Cu 复合起来,能够充分利用两种材料的优点,形成一种性能更优异的复合材料。本讨论旨在探究一种新型的 Monel/Cu 爆炸复合棒的制备方法,并通过数值模拟的方式讨论复合过程中的关键参数。具体讨论内容包括:(1)Monel 和 Cu 的性质测试,了解两种材料的基本性能参数;(2)探究 Monel 和 Cu 之间复合的最佳工艺条件,包括爆炸速度、爆炸距离、初始接触面积等参数;(3)制备一系列不同工艺条件下的 Monel/Cu 复合棒,并对其力学性能进行测试;(4)基于数值模拟方法,讨论复合过程中的关键参数,包括应力场、应变场、位移场等。通过本讨论,能够进一步探究 Monel/Cu 复合材料的应用潜力,并为相关工程领域的材料讨论提供一定的参考意义。【关键词】Monel;Cu;爆炸复合;数值模拟;复合棒【Abstract】Monel alloy is a nickel-based alloy with excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, which is commonly used in aerospace, aviation and marine engineering. Cu, on the other hand, is a low-cost, easy-to-process, and has excellent electrical conductivity. By combining Monel and Cu, a more superior composite material can be formed by fully utilizing the advantages of the two materials.This study aims to explore a new method for preparing Monel/Cu explosion composite rod, and study the key parameters during the composite process through numerical simulation.
