The sample data for empirical research comes from a case of ERP project implementation in a small and medium-sized enterprise. Through literature review and case study, this paper analyzes the impact of knowledge transfer of key users on project success, and proposes corresponding effective measures and suggestions.The research results show that the knowledge transfer of key users has an important promoting effect on the success of ERP project implementation.
