Firstly, high-quality ZnO nanowires are prepared by sol-gel method, and GaP film is deposited on the surface of ZnO. Then, Cu2O nanofilm is grown on GaP/ZnO nanowires by chemical deposition to form GaPZnO/Cu2O heterojunction nanowires. Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis show that the prepared nanowire heterojunction has a well structure, and the Cu2O film matches well with ZnO and GaP.Subsequently, the photoelectric properties of the prepared heterojunction nanowires were studied. The results showed that GaPZnO/Cu2O heterojunction nanowires had excellent photocatalytic activity and photoelectric transmission properties in the ultraviolet to visible wavelength range (300-700 nm).
