In the manufacturing of H-shaped steel, the cooling process is a crucial step, which has an important influence on the performance, structure, etc. of the steel. This study aims to explore the stress-strain field and microstructure field of H-shaped steel during the controlled cooling process, and to find the relationship between the two.Firstly, this paper will introduce the concept of H-shaped steel and its manufacturing process. Secondly, the physical principle of the cooling process and its influence on the performance of steel will be elaborated in detail. For the study of the stress-strain field and microstructure field of H-shaped steel, this paper will use the finite element method to carry out numerical simulation, exploring the influence of cooling rate, cooling medium and other factors on the stress-strain field and microstructure field, and analyzing the relationship between the two.
