精品文档---下载后可任意编辑IGCT 高压测试台的研制的开题报告题目:IGCT 高压测试台的研制摘要:IGCT 是一种新型的晶闸管器件,具有高压、高频、大电流等优点,广泛应用于电力电子领域。为了满足 IGCT 的测试需求,本文研制了一种 IGCT 高压测试台。该测试台能够对 IGCT 进行静态和动态的电学特性测试,具有高压稳定、电流精度高、数据采集精度高等特点。本文主要介绍了 IGCT 高压测试台的设计和实现。首先,根据 IGCT 的特性要求,确定了测试台所需要的电源电压和电流范围,并选择合适的高压模块和电流模块。然后,在硬件方面,设计了高压稳定电源、直流调节电源、高精度电流源、电压采样电路、电流采样电路等模块。在软件方面,采纳 LabVIEW 平台进行开发,实现了相应的测试控制程序、数据采集和数据处理模块。最后,采纳实验验证了该测试台的性能。实验结果表明,该测试台能够满足 IGCT 的测试需求,测试精度较高,可靠性较高。关键词:IGCT、高压测试台、LabVIEWAbstract:IGCT is a new type of thyristor device, which has the advantages of high voltage, high frequency, large current, etc., and is widely used in the field of power electronics. In order to meet the testing needs of IGCT, this paper develops an IGCT high voltage testing platform. The testing platform can perform static and dynamic electrical characteristic testing on IGCT, and has the characteristics of high voltage stability, high current accuracy, and high data acquisition accuracy.This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of the IGCT high voltage testing platform. Firstly, according to the characteristics of IGCT, the required power supply voltage and current range are determined, and appropriate high voltage modules and current modules are selected. Then, in terms of hardware, the high voltage stable power supply, DC regulated power supply, high-precision current source, voltage sampling circuit, current sampling circuit and other modules are designed. In terms of software, LabVIEW platform is used for development, and corresponding testing control program, data acquisition and data processing modules are realized.Finally, the performance of the testing platform is verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the testing platform can meet the testing requirements of IGCT, with high testing accuracy and reliability.Keywords: IGCT, high voltage testing platform, LabVIEW.
