During the surgical treatment, Tip-Apex Distance (TAD) is an important indicator for assessing the repair of the fracture and the effectiveness of the surgical treatment. However, the currently used TAD measurement methods still have defects and need to be compared for more accurate measuring methods to improve the surgical effect.This article aims to compare the TAD measurement methods of InterTan treatment for intertrochanteric fracture of the femur, explore the accuracy and reliability of different measurement methods. Through literature review and experimental research, analyze the currently used TAD measurement methods and their limitations, and further propose suggestions for improvement and optimization, in order to provide useful reference and guidance for clinical work.【Keywords】InterTan treatment, intertrochanteric fracture, TAD measurement method, comparative study
