However, due to the complex working environment and high-pressure operation, the failure rate of die casting machines is relatively high. Therefore, monitoring and fault diagnosis of die casting machines are very important. The purpose of this study is to develop a monitoring system for J1128H die casting machines, which can collect and analyze the operating data of die casting machines to achieve real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of machine status.This study analyzed the working principle and structural characteristics of J1128H die casting machine, and designed a monitoring system based on a sensor network and data acquisition system.
