ZnMgO alloy films have excellent thermal stability, optical properties and electrical properties, which are widely used in fields such as solar cells, light emitting diodes, and lasers. However, due to the special structure of the novel material, its preparation process, physical properties and application direction still need to be studied in depth. In this study, we will use P-MBE method to prepare ZnMgO alloy films, and conduct systematic characterization of their physical properties, surface morphology, crystal structure and optoelectronic properties; at the same time, we will also explore the preparation method of ZnMgO heterostructures and the study of their optoelectronic properties. The aim of this study is to provide theoretical guidance for the preparation and application of ZnMgO alloy films.Keywords: ZnMgO alloy films, P-MBE, heterostructures, optoelectronic properties
