In this paper, we study the characteristics of acoustic emission generated during the tensile fracture process of PE/PE composite materials and its relationship with the material fracture mechanism. The acoustic emission signals during the tensile fracture process of the composite material are monitored in real time by acoustic emission detection technology, and their frequency domain and time domain characteristics are analyzed. At the same time, combined with the observation of fracture morphology and microscopic observation, the relationship between acoustic emission source and material fracture mechanism is analyzed to reveal the acoustic emission mechanism in the material fracture process.
