Firstly, Pullulan and its application field are introduced, and the influence of polymer branching on the performance of polymers is explored. Then, the method and experimental steps for synthesizing Pullulan-branched polymers are elaborated, including the selection of raw materials, optimization of reaction conditions, etc. Finally, the physical and chemical properties of the synthesized Pullulan-branched polymers are evaluated through performance testing, such as viscosity, molecular weight, solubility, etc., and their potential in practical applications is discussed.Keywords: Pullulan, branched polymer, synthesis method, performance evaluation
