Then, we will design and synthesize small molecule compounds that target RBAP48 and screen them through cell experiments. Furthermore, by using Western blotting and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and other technologies, the effects of RBAP48 and related signaling pathways will be analyzed to elucidate its mechanism of action in platinum-based drug resistance of lung cancer.
