SIN1 is widely expressed in human body and has been found to play an important regulatory role in many malignant tumors. This article introduces the role of SIN1 in the invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma, and expounds its mechanism of regulating epithelial-mesenchymal transition. Our research found that SIN1 can promote the movement and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma cells, and also regulate the expression of epithelial-mesenchymal transition related molecules, such as E-cadherin and N-cadherin. In addition, we also explored the role of SIN1 in regulating hepatocellular carcinoma stem cells and its effects on cell metabolism.
