The system aims to provide efficient and reliable resource services for cloud computing users, and has many advantages such as adaptability, scalability, elasticity and flexibility. In our previous design, we proposed a resource management model based on virtualization technology, which maps PaaS platform resources to physical servers and storage devices, and uses SLA to provide different resource service levels for different applications and users. In this paper, we introduce the following aspects of our work: (1) system architecture design, including the functions and relationships of the key components and modules; (2) service management module design and implementation, including service definition, service resource mapping and service quality management; (3) energy management module design and implementation, including energy monitoring and management, virtual machine scheduling and energy optimization.
