The purpose of this study is to investigate the expression and function of TACE in the estrous cycle and early pregnancy mouse uterus. We will use Western blot and RT-PCR techniques to measure the expression level of TACE in different stages of estrous cycle and early pregnancy mouse uterus, and study the localization of TACE by immunohistochemistry. In addition, we will also explore the physiological effects of TACE in the estrous cycle and early pregnancy mouse uterus by combining pathological and behavioral examinations of experimental tissues. It is expected that this study will provide useful information for further understanding the role of TACE in the estrous and early pregnancy processes.Key words: TACE, estrous cycle, early pregnancy, uterine endometrium.
