精品文档---下载后可任意编辑TiO2 纳米管阵列的阳极氧化法制备及其性能表征的开题报告【摘要】随着纳米技术的不断进展,TiO2 纳米管阵列已经成为了应用最广泛的一种纳米材料之一。其具有良好的光催化性能、电催化性能以及防腐蚀性能,因此被广泛应用于能源、环保、生命科学等领域。本文以阳极氧化法为基础,讨论了制备 TiO2 纳米管阵列的关键工艺参数以及其对纳米管性能的影响,包括电解液浓度、电压、阳极氧化时间等。同时,通过 SEM、XRD、UV-Vis 等表征手段对制备的 TiO2 纳米管阵列进行了形态学、晶体学、光学性能等方面的表征。最终得出了以 HF 为电解液、电压为 20 V、阳极氧化时间为 90 min 时,制备的 TiO2 纳米管阵列具有最佳的光催化性能。【关键词】TiO2 纳米管阵列;阳极氧化法;表征【Abstract】With the continuous development of nanotechnology, TiO2 nanotube arrays have become one of the most widely used nanomaterials. They have good photocatalytic performance, electrocatalytic performance and anti-corrosion properties, and are widely used in energy, environmental protection, life sciences and other fields. Based on the anodic oxidation method, this paper studied the key process parameters for preparing TiO2 nanotube arrays and their influence on nanotube properties, including electrolyte concentration, voltage, anodic oxidation time, etc. At the same time, the morphology, crystallography, and optical properties of the prepared TiO2 nanotube arrays were characterized by SEM, XRD, UV-Vis, etc. Finally, it was found that TiO2 nanotube arrays prepared with HF as electrolyte, voltage of 20 V, and anodic oxidation time of 90 minutes have the best photocatalytic performance.【Key words】TiO2 nanotube arrays; anodic oxidation method; characterization
