Firstly, the background and significance of this study are introduced, including the physical properties of ZnO/ZnSe heterojunction materials and their applications in optoelectronic devices. Then, the research is carried out from the aspects of preparation technology, material properties and application, mainly including the preparation technology of thermal decomposition method, atomic layer deposition method, etc., the material properties include structure, optoelectronic properties, etc., and the application aspect mainly discusses its application in solar cells and photocatalytic materials.Through the review of literature and analysis of research status, this paper puts forward some suggestions for research in this field and directions for future development.
