ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized by chemical synthesis method, and their structure and morphology were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and transmission electron microscope. Based on this, Al-doped ZnO was prepared by solid-phase reaction, and its influence on the crystal structure and physical properties of ZnO crystals was studied. Experimental results show that Al doping can significantly improve the crystal structure and physical properties of ZnO, enhance the photoelectric performance, thermal stability, and mechanical strength of the material, and has a promising application prospect.Keywords: ZnO nano-materials; Al doping; structure; properties
