It can gradually degrade and release drugs in the body, and has potential application prospects. The purpose of this study is to prepare this composite material and conduct drug loading research.In this study, the α-TCP/α-CSH bone cement will be prepared by combining the sol-gel method and the hydrothermal synthesis method, and the composite gelatin microspheres will be added to prepare the scaffold. By optimizing the reaction time, reaction temperature and other conditions, a more reasonable preparation process can be obtained. The prepared scaffold was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction, and the results showed that the composite gelatin microspheres were evenly distributed with an intact morphology, and the bone cement had good crystallinity and corresponding chemical elements.精品文档---下载后可任意编辑By burying drugs in composite gelatin microspheres and adding them to the prepared scaffold, drug-loaded composite scaffolds were prepared.
