Firstly, the mechanism and research status of the addition reaction of α,β-unsaturated ketones with ureas are introduced, and the biological activities and application fields of pyridone and pyrazolinone compounds are outlined. Secondly, the experimental design, methods and steps are elaborated in detail, including the synthesis, structural characterization and property testing of compounds.
