Using the methods of text analysis and pragmatics theory, this paper discusses the contexts, language and communicative strategies under different linguistic and cultural backgrounds. The study found that the younger generation in the movie is more open and diverse in language and communication strategies, while the older generation is more conservative and constrained. Communication between the two generations often leads to misunderstandings and conflicts due to language differences, but there is also the possibility of mutual understanding and common development.
