精品文档---下载后可任意编辑本文针对含丁醇-水体系的分离过程进行讨论,通过考察二元共沸物的特性及汽-液-液相平衡的特点,提出了采纳以原料水为夹带剂的自夹带双塔共沸精馏回收正丁醇的工艺流程。采纳 NRTL 模型计算正丁醇-水混合物的汽液平衡数据,对正丁醇-水混合物双塔精馏流程进行了稳态模拟和优化,考察了塔板数、进料板位置以及冷凝温度对塔釜热负荷的影响,确定了适宜的工艺条件,得到了各物流的温度、压强、流量和组成以及精馏塔板上的温度分布、汽(液)相流量分布和组成分布及再沸器的热负荷。参照工艺条件,通过 Cup Tower 进行精馏塔工艺尺寸设计。该计算对正丁醇-水系统双塔精馏工艺的设计和操作具有实际意义。关键词:正丁醇;水;共沸精馏;NRTL;模拟AbstractAfter analyzing triple azeotrope and vapor-liquid-liquid phase equilibrium, an advanced separation technology of azeotropic distillation using water as entrainer was proposed for separation of azeotropic mixture of 1-butanol and water.The method of steady state simulation and optimization for the separation of mixture using NRTL model to calculate VLE(Vapor-Liquid-Equilibrium)of 1-butanol-water system was presented in this paper. The influence of stage numbers, feed stage and condensation temperature on the consumption of energy were investigated. The temperature, pressure, flow rate and composition in every columnist trays and duties of reboiler in every column were presented, too. And then industrial design was carried out on the basis of optimum results.
