Gemcitabine is a commonly used chemotherapy drug, but its efficacy is not satisfactory. This study aims to explore the enhance effect of celastrol on the anti-pancreatic cancer effect of gemcitabine and its mechanism.Research Methods:Cell experiments and mouse xenograft model were used to investigate the effect of celastrol on the treatment of pancreatic cancer with gemcitabine.
