After long-term gavage of As2O3 in MRLlpr mice, methylation-sensitive restriction enzyme digestion and transcriptome sequencing technology were used to compare the changes of gene methylation and its regulation of gene expression in the As2O3 treated group and the control group.【Keywords】Arsenic trioxide; MRLlpr mice; Gene methylation; Lupus
