This study aims to detect and analyze RET gene mutations in tissue samples of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer, in order to understand the mutation rate of RET gene in epithelial ovarian cancer and its relationship with pathological factors, and to provide evidence for the treatment and prognosis of this disease.In this study, NGS technology will be used to detect RET gene mutations in tissue samples of 20 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. By comparing the mutation rate and type of cancer tissue and normal tissue, the relationship between RET gene mutations and epithelial ovarian cancer will be studied.
