However, in the process of production, to facilitate the picking of fruit, the branches will be pruned to different stubble heights. The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of different stubble heights on the growth and physiological and biochemical traits of fourjoint roots, and to provide a scientific basis for fourjoint roots growth management.In this study, the same species and the same growth environment of the fourjoint roots seedlings will be selected and divided into groups of different stubble heights, which are 25 cm, 50 cm, 75 cm and 100 cm, respectively. By measuring the biomass, photosynthetic characteristics, chlorophyll content, malondialdehyde content and other physiological and biochemical indicators of fourjoint root seedlings, we will analyze the effect of different stubble heights on fourjoint 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑roots, and explore the relationship between stubble height and each index.Expected results: Stub height has a significant effect on the growth and physiological and biochemical traits of Fourjoint roots. High stubs will cause inhibition of photosynthesis and reduction of leaf area, while low stubs will cause insufficient growth.
