精品文档---下载后可任意编辑不同青枯病抗性的烟草根际细菌生理群和内生细菌讨论的开题报告摘要:青枯病是烟草主要病害之一,不同烟草品种对青枯病具有不同的抗性。本讨论旨在讨论不同青枯病抗性的烟草根际细菌生理群和内生细菌,并探究它们之间的相互作用。本讨论采纳分子生物学技术和生态学方法对不同烟草品种根际细菌生态群的物种丰富度、群落结构和富集特点进行分析,进一步探究内生细菌的分布和群落结构。结果表明,在不同抗性的烟草中,根际细菌的数量和多样性差异显著,不同的烟草品种根际细菌群落结构也有所区别。在内生细菌中,具有抗除病菌特性的内生细菌丰度和种类更为丰富。关键词:烟草;青枯病;根际细菌;内生细菌;抗性Abstract:Green wilt disease is one of the major diseases of tobacco, and different tobacco varieties have different resistance to it. The aim of this study is to investigate the physiological groups and endophytic bacteria of root-associated bacteria with different resistance to green wilt disease, and explore the mutual interactions between them. This study used molecular biology techniques and ecological methods to analyze the species diversity, community structure and enrichment characteristics of the ecological group of root-associated bacteria in different tobacco varieties, and further explored the distribution and community structure of endophytic bacteria. The results showed that the number and diversity of root-associated bacteria were significantly different in tobacco with different resistance and the community structure of root-associated bacteria in different tobacco varieties was also different. In endophytic bacteria, the abundance and species richness of bacteria with disease resistance characteristics were higher.Keywords: tobacco; green wilt disease; root-associated bacteria; endophytic bacteria; resistance
