1.目的Objective建立本制度,确保各实验设备正常的使用,保证产品质量满足客户需求。Toensureallthelaboratorydevicescanbeusednormallyandensuretheproductqualitycanmeetthecustomerrequirements.2.适用范围ApplicableScope本公司实验室包含:DQA测试室、实验室、老化室。ThelaboratoryofourcompanyincludesDQAtestroom,laboratoryandagingroom.3.职责Responsibilities3.1.生产部：负责提供抽样实验所需的在线产品。Productiondepartment:provideon-lineproductforsamplingexperiment.3.2.品质部：负责研发产品、在线产品、最终产品等各种型式实验的实施和中止，实验异常的初步分析与异常的反馈、实验状况的记录与统计，实验仪器、设备与工装的日常保养。Qualitydepartment:implementanddiscontinuevarioustypesofexperiments,suchasR&Dproducts,on-lineproducts,andfinalproducts.Analyzeandfeedbackthetestabnormity,recordthetestresultsanddothestatistics,implementthedailymaintenanceoftheinstruments,devicesandfixtures.3.3.工程部：负责试产样品、中途变更产品的提供及实验申请与实验中异常的分析，在线产品抽验不良的分析，实验仪器、设备的校验与定期维护。Engineeringdepartment:providetrialsamplesandengineeringchangedproduct,applyforthetest,analyzetheabnormalitieshappenedinthetestandintheproduction,implementtheinstrumentscalibrationandperiodicmaintenance.3.4.研发部：负责研发产品实验的申请与实验中产生不良的分析。R&Ddepartment:putforwardthetestapplicationfortheR&Dproductandanalyzethenonconformitiesinthetest.4.实验室设备使用管制流程laboratorydevicecontrolprocedures作业流程图Operationflowchart作业内容Operatingcontent责任人Personresponsible1.确认电源是否正常连接,(如水塔是否有正常启动,程序是否能进行正常操作)2.确认设备有误后报告工程师.1.Makesureifthepowersupplyisconnectednormally(e.g.,ifthewatertowerworksnormal,iftheprocesscanbeoperatednormally)2.Afterensuretheequipmenthasproblem,reportittoengineer.5.相关实验作业及说明relevanttestingoperationandexplanation5.1实验室品质政策:早期发现产品潜在性问题,落实问题改善与追踪确认,确保产品符合市场要求。Laboratoryqualitypolicy:findthepotentialfailureintheearlierstage,andfollowtherelatedimprovementtoensuretheproductmeetthemarketrequirements.5.2实验室品质系统:新产品导入量产前的试作,依DQA各项规范的可靠性实验验证,落实问题改善完毕与标准作业建立,确保量产质量效率的达成。Laboratoryqualitysystem:newproducttrialmaking,reliabilityverificationaccordingtotheDQAregulations,followtheimprovementandstandardoperationestablishing,ensurethequalityefficiencybereachedinthemassproduction.5.3实验室指标:各实验室执行相应实验,确保和及时提供产品DQA可靠性状况以满足生产部生产性的需求,确保产品于管控范围内。工程师/主管Engineer/DirectorOKOKNGNG实验前确认仪器操作是否正常Beforetheexperiment,confirmwhethertheoperationoftheequipmentisnormal.报告工程师Reporttoengineer简易故障排除Simpleproblemsaresolved设备正常Equipmentisnormal水箱水位有无异常等)如仍不能启动1.与厂商联络,寻求厂商指导.2.确认其它地方(如水塔工作是否正常,向上级主管报告仪器状况Whetherthewaterlevelofthewatertankisabnormal,ifitstillcannotbestarted1.Contactwiththevendor,andaskthemforguidance..2.Confirmifotherplaces,likewatertower,workwell,andreporttheequipmentstatustosuperior.实验员Tester工程师Engineer请厂商来修理AskthevendortorepairitOK投入使用Putintouse定时检查运行状况Regularlychecktheoperationstate实验结束Theendoftheexperiment维修OKRepairedOK厂商修复后,经验证仪器可正常运作后,恢复此仪器的运作Aftertheequipmentisrepairedbythevendoranditworksnormally,theequipmentshallresumeoperation每两个小时确认一次...
