精品文档---下载后可任意编辑中药南蛇藤中雷公藤红素的提取及纯化工艺讨论的开题报告【摘要】中药南蛇藤、中雷公藤及其化学成分红素是新型抗风湿、免疫抑制剂。讨论中草药及其有效成分对开发新型药物具有重要意义。本文以南蛇藤、雷公藤为原料,讨论了红素的提取和纯化工艺,并对红素的理化性质和活性进行了初步讨论。实验结果表明,以 95%醇提取南蛇藤和雷公藤后,用 D101 大孔吸附树脂进行分离纯化时,可得到一种红色晶体,分离率为 50.8%,纯度为 98.5%。红素的元素分析表明,其分子式为C20H22O8。细胞免疫抑制实验表明,红素可显著抑制淋巴细胞的增殖,与阳性对比药物相当。本讨论建立的红素提取和纯化工艺简单、高效、可行,为南蛇藤、雷公藤及其化学成分红素的深化讨论和应用奠定了基础。【关键词】中药;南蛇藤;雷公藤;红素;提取、纯化【Abstract】The herbal medicines Gynura souliei & Tripterygium wilfordii and their chemical component hongxin are new anti-rheumatic and immunosuppressive agents. Research on herbal medicine and its active ingredients is of great significance for developing new drugs. In this paper, the extraction and purification process of hongxin from Gynura souliei & Tripterygium wilfordii were studied, and the physicochemical properties and activities of hongxin were preliminarily investigated. The experimental results showed that by extracting Gynura souliei & Tripterygium wilfordii with 95% ethanol and then separating and purifying with D101 macroporous adsorption resin, a red crystal with a separation rate of 50.8% and a purity of 98.5% can be obtained. The elemental analysis of hongxin showed that its molecular formula is C20H22O8. The cell immune suppression experiment showed that hongxin can significantly inhibit the proliferation of lymphocytes, which is equivalent to the positive control drug.
