This proposal provides an overview of the relationship between granite and soil in typical subtropical regions, analyzes the geochemical cycle and migration characteristics of silicon, and explores the application of isotope tracing techniques in studying soil silicon migration. Finally, it proposes the research direction of exploring the characteristics of silicon migration in granite-developed soils in typical subtropical regions based on isotope tracing techniques, combined with comprehensive research methods such as material flow and microbial participation.Keywords: subtropical; granite; soil; silicon migration; isotope tracing.
