To reduce NOx emissions, DeNOx technology has become one of the research hotspots. Currently, DeNOx catalysts are widely used. However, vanadium catalysts can cause an increase in heavy metals such as manganese and vanadium in the environment, damaging the environment. Therefore, the research on low vanadium and non-vanadium DeNOx catalyst is necessary.This paper will introduce the research background, current status, research methods and expected results of low vanadium and non-vanadium DeNOx catalyst. Research methods mainly include catalyst preparation, physicochemical property characterization, DeNOx performance testing, etc. The expected result is to explore an efficient, low-toxic, and environmentally-friendly low vanadium and non-vanadium DeNOx catalyst to achieve efficient removal of NOx.Keywords: DeNOx catalyst; low vanadium; non-vanadium; NOx
