The past design and evaluation methods mainly rely on manual experience and intuitive judgment, which has some subjectivity and uncertainty. Therefore, digital technology can provide more accurate data and information for design and evaluation. This paper will study the digital technology-based sectional visual line design and visual quality evaluation method of the sports arena and audience seats.Firstly, this paper will introduce the application status and advantages of digital technology in the field of architecture. Then, based on digital technology, combined with the visual characteristics of the human eye, ergonomics principles and venue functional requirements, the sectional visual line of the sports arena and audience seats will be optimized.
