Keywords: Industrial and civil construction; construction technology management; Countermeasures 中图分类号：TU71 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 一、工民建筑施工技术管理的作用和任务 施工技术管理最为重要的任务便是对管理职能与科学方法加以利用，进而促进技术工作得以顺利开展，在施工过程中严格遵守相关的法规、政策以及技术规定和指标，对各项技术工作进行科学组织，并建立起技术秩序，从而确保整个生产过程与技术法律规范相符，以此达到施工任务高质量完成的目的。 在整个企业的管理工作中，技术管理最主要有如下三方面的作用： （一）能将材料、设备和施工人员的潜力充分发挥出来，从而在确保工程质量的基础上，使工程成本得以就爱那个第，从而提升市场竞争力和经济效益。 （二）进行技术管理，使员工技术业务和企业管理水平能得到不断的提升，从而及早发现问题并对其进行处理，将质量和技术事故隐患能扼杀在摇篮中，进而达到确保工程质量的目的...
