精品文档---下载后可任意编辑毕业设计（论文）说明书题目：院（系）：机电工程学院专业：机械设计制造及其自动化学生姓名：尚琪学号：1000110126 指导老师：彭晓楠职称：副教授题目类型：¨理论讨论¨实验讨论þ 工程设计¨工程技术讨论¨软件开发2024 年 5 月 26 日精品文档---下载后可任意编辑摘要本毕业设计设计了一个小型手推式拖地机，适用于楼道走廊，家庭等场所。拖地机首先由动力装置，传动装置，拖地装置组成。动力装置通过带轮传动，使主轴Ⅰ旋转，通过安放在主轴上的锥齿轮改变方向，带动带轮传动，从而让拖地机前面两个拖地圆盘逆时针转动，进行拖地工作。其次，通过装在主轴Ⅰ一端的带轮带动轴Ⅱ旋转，安装在轴Ⅱ上的滚刷机构再次清理前面拖地圆盘工作过的地面，且把垃圾收集到后面的垃圾箱里。至此，完成所要求的功能和任务。本毕业设计中，通过图书馆，互联网查阅，搜集了大量的资料，对不同的设计结构方案进行了对比，分析并最终确定了一种比较理想的好的设计方案，然后根据已确定方案进行机构的设计计算，确定各个零部件尺寸和相应型号，对其进行校核以确保满足设计要求。设计的零部件相对的比较简单，有用，且方便制造，所以其成本较低，是一种比较经济实惠的小型手推式拖地机。关键词：拖地机；成本。AbstractThe graduation project designed a small hand-push mopping machine for the corridor , home and other places.Mopping machine is made of the power device, transmission device, and mopping device . Power device makes spindle rotated by changing the direction of the spindle is mounted on a bevel gear Ⅰdevice and drive pulley,so that the front of the machine’stwo mop devices rotate counterclockwise, drag to work.Then,though spindle make spindle start to rotate,brush mechanism is mounted on the shaft ⅠⅡⅡagain clean worked ground and collect the rubbsh.So the graduation project completes the required functions and tasks.Through libraries, Internet access,the graduation designcollect a lot of information and compares different design projects.Finally determine a ideal project.According to the projiet,I collect differ...
