By tilt angle test, the friction coefficient and wear mechanism of carbon skateboard/copper contact line under different skateboard tilt angles are analyzed, and the relationship between skateboard tilt angle and friction and wear performance of carbon skateboard/copper contact line is obtained. The results show that within a certain range, the greater the skateboard tilt angle, the greater the friction coefficient of carbon skateboard/copper contact line, and the increased wear degree. By analyzing the friction surface morphology and material composition, it is found that point contact wear is the main wear mechanism.Keywords: skateboard tilt angle; carbon skateboard; copper contact line; friction and wear
