This study aims to explore the relationship between body composition and nutrition of Chinese sturgeon fry and its bait organisms, providing nutritional basis for the cultivation of Chinese sturgeon.The research will focus on: 1. Sampling the body composition of Chinese sturgeon fry and its bait organisms in the Yangtze River estuary, measuring their moisture content, crude protein, crude fat, ash and other nutrients; 2. Exploring the relationship between different nutrients and their effects on the growth of Chinese sturgeon fry through regression analysis and correlation analysis; 3. Clarifying the suitable feed formulation and nutritional requirements of Chinese sturgeon fry and its bait organisms through literature research and experimental results; 4.
