精品文档---下载后可任意编辑陕北石油钻井泥浆性能改进技术的开题报告【摘 要】钻井泥浆是钻井过程中必不可少的一种工艺液体,其性能直接影响到钻井工程的安全、环保和经济效益。针对陕北地区石油钻井泥浆存在的性能指标不理想、易结团、易失水等问题,提出了一种钻井泥浆性能改进技术。本技术采纳优质重晶石和钛白粉作为原材料,通过复合添加剂的设计和优化实现了钻井泥浆的增黏、抗盐、抗高温、抗压和降失水等性能指标的全面提升。通过实验验证,本技术具有稳定性好、施工方便、加工成本低等特点,可广泛应用于陕北石油钻井泥浆的生产和使用中。【关键词】钻井泥浆;性能改进;复合添加剂;降失水;增黏【Abstract】Drilling mud is an essential process liquid in the drilling process. Its performance directly affects the safety, environmental protection and economic benefits of the drilling engineering. In view of the problems of poor performance indicators, easy agglomeration and water loss in the drilling mud of Shaanbei, a drilling mud performance improvement technology is proposed.In this technology, high-quality barite and titanium dioxide are used as raw materials, and the comprehensive improvement of performance indicators such as viscosity enhancement, salt resistance, high temperature resistance, compression resistance and water loss reduction of drilling mud is achieved through the design and optimization of composite additives.
