Antenna is one of the core components of ground penetrating radar, which has a decisive impact on its selection and imaging accuracy. This paper comprehensively analyzes and compares the working principle, parameters, advantages and disadvantages of existing antennas, proposes a fast antenna selection method suitable for tunnel detection, and carries out numerical simulation and experimental research.
