The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of leigongtengide-eluting stent in a pig coronary artery restenosis model. Firstly, we will use the pig coronary artery restenosis model to observe the therapeutic effect of leigongtengide-eluting stent. Then, through animal experiments and the detection of related biological indicators, we will evaluate the effect of leigongtengide-eluting stent on coronary artery restenosis, as well as its effect on vascular endothelial function and lipid levels. Finally, we will perform statistical analysis to clarify the role of leigongtengide-eluting stent in the pig coronary artery restenosis model and its possible mechanisms of action.【Keywords】Leigongtengide-eluting stent, coronary artery restenosis, vascular endothelial function, lipid levels, animal experiments
