This document is subject to return on demand and must not be disclosed or reproduced without prior written consent. 一.安全生产领导小组职责 1.及时传达、贯彻上级安全部门下达的各种文件、通知、精神。按要求布置公司的安全生产工作。 2.宣传安全生产、劳动防护、治安消防法律法规，不断提高全体员工的劳动保护和安全防范意识。 3.监督对员工的安全生产教育培训，使员工熟悉有关安全生产规章制度和安全操作规程。掌握本岗位的操作技能，按规定持证上岗。 4.督促和指导安全生产工作，对检查中发现的安全生产隐患及时予以整改。 5.依照公司安全生产操作规程、劳动保护、治安消防等相关制度，对违章违纪事件的相关人员进行处理、处罚。 6.督促各部门做好员工的劳动保障工作，不断改善作业环境。 7.对各部门违反安全生产法律法规、侵犯员工合法权益的行为进行纠正，对违章指挥强令冒险作业的情况予以制止。 Env ironmental, Health, and Safety Standards 安全生产管理机构、职能部门安全职责 第 3 页 共 6 页 All information herein is the property of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., and is intended for internal use only.
