This paper explores the correlation between vocabulary and reading through literature review and empirical research, including the impact of vocabulary mastery on reading ability, the integration of vocabulary teaching and reading teaching, and the promotion of reading through corpus-based vocabulary teaching. The results show that vocabulary mastery is an important factor affecting reading ability, vocabulary teaching and reading teaching should be integrated, and corpus-based vocabulary teaching can effectively promote students' reading comprehension.【Keywords】vocabulary teaching, reading teaching, corpus, reading comprehension【正文】一、讨论背景词汇教学和阅读教学是高中英语教学中非常重要的两个方面。英语学习者想要提高他们的阅读能力，掌握词汇是必不可少的。许多讨论已经证实词汇掌握对于阅读理解的重要性（Laufer，2024；Qin，2024）。同时，词汇教学和阅读教学一直以来都是分开教授的，但讨论表明将两者融合在一起教学能够显著提高学生的阅读水平（DeKeyser & Sokalski，1996；Kaivanpanah & Barati，2024）。近年来，语料库技术的不断进展，也为词汇教学和阅读教学提供了新的思路和方法（Liu & Zhang，2024）。因此，本文旨在探讨词汇掌握对阅读的影响，词汇教学和阅读教学的融合，以及基于语料库的词汇教学对阅读的促进等方面的讨论问题。二、讨论内容1. 词汇掌握对阅读能力的影响词汇是阅读理解的基础。英语学习者假如不理解阅读材料中的核心词汇，那么他们在理解全文时就会遇到很大的困...
