Fifteen patients with high myopia were treated with artificial intraocular lens implantation surgery, and the wavefront aberration of the posterior segment was measured using a fundus camera. The results showed that after artificial intraocular lens implantation surgery, the wavefront aberration of the posterior segment of the patients was significantly improved, with a decrease in various wavefront aberration parameters, which achieved significant effects in improving visual quality. The findings of this study provide clinical reference for the improvement of wavefront aberration in the posterior segment of high myopic eyes.Keywords: high myopia, artificial intraocular lens implantation, posterior segment, wavefront aberration
