Breed improvement and genetic improvement have become an important research direction in the aquaculture industry. This article aims to develop I-type genetic markers for carp and crucian carp using modern molecular genetics technology and analyze the genetic structure of different populations.Firstly, the genome sequence information of carp and crucian carp was obtained by sequencing technology, and the sequence was compared by alignment software to screen out polymorphic fragments and design primers, thus developing I-type genetic markers for both species of fish.Secondly, individual samples of different carp and crucian carp were collected, and their I-type genetic markers were genotyped using PCR amplification technology to establish a complete genotype database.Finally, genetic analysis software was used to analyze the population genetic structure of different carp and crucian carp 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑populations, and genetic differences and kinship relationships between populations were studied through methods such as Fst, AMOVA, and PCA, which provide reference for subsequent genetic improvement of fish.Keywords: Carp; Crucian carp; Genetic markers; Population genetic structure.
