三 江 学 院本科毕业设计(论文)课题名称 PLC 在冷阴极灯管生产线的设计应用 电气工程 系 电气工程自动及其自动化 专业学 号 Z04071013 学生姓名 房樱燕 指导老师 熊田忠 起讫日期 2024.02.25 ~ 2024.06.04 工作地点 实验楼 L408 摘 要目前,在冷阴极灯管(CCFL)生产线上,大多使用手工生产。由于冷阴极灯管细小且易碎,人工生产工作量大,导致生产效率低,同时也会产生生产质量上的问题。本文的目标是:采纳西门子 S7-300 PLC 对 CCFL 的后续生产工序进行自动化改造,以提高产品的生产效率。文中分析了 CCFL 后续的大致生产工艺。进行了生产线的硬件设计,包括 PLC、SM输入/输出模块、MM420 变频器及电机等部分。软件设计利用 STEP-7 编程,主要有变频器控制电机运转、机械手控制产品上线传送、功能检测、清洁、计数及移位、自动包装等六个部分。所有程序在 S7-PLCSIM 中仿真并下载至硬件进行调试。仿真和硬件调试的结果符合 CCFL 生产工艺要求,自动化程度大为提高,具有很好的应用价值。关键词:CCFL 生产线;PLC;软件编程;仿真;调试精品文档---下载后可任意编辑AbstractAt present, owing to the thinness and fragileness, the Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp (CCFL) on assembly lines mostly depends on manual work which consumes much labor and results in low production efficiency and poor product quality. The target of this paper is that the automated modification by using the Siemens S7-300 PLC in the CCFL’s subsequent production process will improve the efficiency.This paper analyzed the CCFL’s subsequent production process and designed the hardware of the assembly lines, including PLC, SM Input/Output Module, MM420 Frequency Conversion and Motor, etc.. The design of the software used STEP-7 to program, including such six parts as motor control by frequency inverter, workpiece-supply-manipulator control, functional check, cleaning, counting and transfer, automatic packing.
