切菜机的设计摘 要蔬菜是人体所必需的一种食品，并且食用措施多样。因此要把蔬菜加工成多种形状，如条状、片状等；单靠人工来完毕既费时、费力并且也不好加工。目前，多功能切菜机多为价格昂贵的大型设备，不合用于农民个体生产及小型工厂的食品加工；为克服这种缺陷，本设计在查阅了大量有关文献资料的基础上，进行切菜机的设计，通过理论计算及校核，设计了一种小型多功能切菜机。该机重要由进料斗、下料斗、切削刀、刀盘及电动机构成，其工作原理是运用根茎类蔬菜的自由落体实现进料，通过切削刀旋转将下料斗中的蔬菜进行切片或切丝，最终成品由出料口出料。实现了可以持续进料和出料，片厚度、丝粗细可调的功能，具有生产率高、功耗低、安全可靠、加工质量好等长处。关键词：蔬菜，切削，电动机联络 QQ956767736DESIGN OF THE VEGETABLE CUTTING MACHINEAbstractVegetables are essential food for our body, and we uaually make them in various ways.
