增韧透明聚苯乙烯的制备及热性能孟程程,李新法*,陈金周,牛明军(郑州大学材料科学与工程学院,河南郑州 450052) 摘要:以丙烯酸丁酯为增韧单体,采用乳液聚合方法,制备了高韧性透明聚苯乙烯(THIPS)。利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热重分析仪(TG)测试了 THIPS 的热性能。实验结果表明,聚苯乙烯分子链中引入丙烯酸丁酯后,使共聚物分子链的柔顺性提高,玻璃化转变温度 Tg 降低,其冲击强度提高;另外其热分解温度均在 400℃以上,说明其具有较好的热稳定性。关键词:高韧性透明聚苯乙烯;丙烯酸丁酯;乳液聚合;热性能The Preparation and ThermalProperties ofTransparentH igh ImpactPolystyreneMENG Cheng-cheng, LIXin-fa, CHEN Jin-zhou, NIUMing-jun(School ofMaterials Science and Engineering, ZhengzhouUniversity, Zhengzhou 450052, China)Abstract:Choosing butyl acrylate as a tougheningmonomer, proceeding copolymerization with styreneby emulsion polymerization, transparent high impact polystyrene (THIPS) was developed.
