本科生毕业论文〔设计〕旅行社人才流失的原因及对策姓 名学 号专 业旅游管理指导老师2024 年 5 月 30 日摘 要随着旅游业的迅速开展,旅游业对人才的需求量也在逐渐的加大,各大旅行社之间对人才的争夺也日渐剧烈,拥有一支高素养的人才队伍对于旅行社的开展至关重要。作为知识密集型企业,旅行社的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争。然而,随着旅游院校培训出旅游人才的增多,人才的流失也在加剧,并且旅游业的人才流失率远远高于其它行业,怎样吸引这些人才,留住这些人才是旅游业不得不重视的一个问题。本文在对赵艳辉等学者讨论的根底上结合个人在旅行社长期从事导游实践工作、在学校所学到的相关理论,分别从社会经济因素、公司组织自身因素、人才自身因素三个方面进行分析,深刻揭示出旅行社在对人才高需求的情况下人才高流失的根本原因,之后分析人才的流失对旅行社所造成的消极影响,最后根据原因分别从经济、公司组织、人才自身三个方面提出解决人才流失的具体对策, 为旅游业的健康开展提供借鉴。关键词:旅行社,人才流失,原因,对策 AbstractWith the rapid development of tourism, tourism of talent demand increased gradually was also between, travel agencies to talented person's race also intensifying, with a high quality talent team is vital for the development of the travel agencies.
