水热合成多金属氧酸盐抗肿瘤

水热合成多金属氧酸盐抗肿瘤 摘 要 运用水热法合成一个锗钨酸盐 [Mn(2,2ʹ-bpy)3]2 [GeW12O40]·。通过 X-单晶衍射确定该化合物的晶体结构,并对晶体进行了 X-射线粉末衍射(PXRD)、红外、热重分析等表征。讨论其对胃癌细胞 HGC-27、SNU668 的体外抑制作用； 实验结果表明：该化合物对胃癌细胞 HGC-27、SNU668 的半抑制浓度 IC50 值分别为± μM、± μM，说明该化合物可以作为一种潜在的抗肿瘤药物。 关键词:水热合成； 多金属氧酸盐； 抗 肿 瘤 Abstract One Keggin-type polyoxotungstates compound [Mn(2,2ʹ-bpy)3]2[GeW12O40] · has been synthesized by hydrothermal method. The compound stru-cture was confirmed by X-single crystal diffraction, and the crystal was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (PXRD), infrared and thermal analysis. It’s studied the extracorporeal inhibitory effect on gastric cancer cells HCG-27 and SNU668; The IC50 values of the compound against gastric cancer cells HCG-27 and SNU668 were ± μM and ± μM respectively. It indicated that the compound would be used as a potential anti-tumor drug.
