建筑工程设计质量的影响因素及对策讨论作者：盛利来源：《城市建设理论讨论》2024 年第 28 期 摘要：保证设计质量管理，在严格遵守技术标准、法规的基础上,正确处理和协调资金、资源、技术环境条件的制约,使设计项目能更好地满足业主所需要的功能和使用价值，充分发挥项目投资的经济效益,在整个工程的建设过程中显得尤为重要.本文探讨了建筑工程设计质量的影响因素及对策。 关键词：建筑工程；设计质量；影响因素;对策 Abstract: to ensure that the design quality management， strictly abide by the technical standards and regulations， on the basis of correctly handle and coordinate the capital， resources， technology and environmental conditions， restriction， make a design project can better meet the owner needed function and value in use, and give full play to the economic benefit of project investment， in the whole process of the project construction process is particularly important。 This paper discusses the construction engineering design quality influence factors and countermeasures。 Keywords： building engineering; Design quality。 Influencing factors; countermeasures 中图分类号：S611 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 目前，设计市场竞争激烈,有些设计单位为能揽到项目，抢占市场，不惜以牺牲设计质量为代价，实行“短、平、快”的做法，不顾设计周期和设计深度要求,致使设计水平下降，质量无保证，给工程项目建设质量埋下隐患。近几年来，重大工程质量事故时有发生。因此,讨论并实践工程设计质量控制,在当前尤为必要。 一、建筑工程设计质量的重要性 工程设计质量，是决定工程质量的关键,体现了项目质量目标、要求、水平以及项目使用价值，构成了工程质量体系中的内在质量.在工程设计阶段，设计说明书，施工图纸和各种设计文件质量,对实物工程是否能实现“技术先进、经济合理、安全有用、确保质量”的国家建设方针起关键性、决定性作用。设计工作的优劣，直接影响整个工程项目的好坏，无论从工程质量、工程投资到工程进度， 以及建成后的运行成本，投资效益等方面都起到举足轻重的作用.在施工监理过程中发现,目前工程设计质量并不理想，施工图纸中的错误比较普遍。不...
