城市化进程中农村财务管理研究【摘要】国家十八大以来一直主张深化农村改革，致力于发展农村经济，农村财务管理一直是社会关注的重点，也是难点。虽然近些年国家对农业的不断投入，农民的生产、生活较以前也在不断改善，但农村在财务管理上存在很多问题。本文运用文献研究法首先对农村财务管理涵义，农村财务管理常见的几种模式进行梳理阐述，文下文分析打下理论基础；借着理论结合实践，以曹路镇为例，深入分析曹路镇财务管理的现状，存在的问题，并对问题一一剖析啊，探寻问题存在的根源，具体围绕五个方面提出了建议，希望能对构建农村和谐社会、发展农村经济有所助益。【关键词】农村财务管理；村账村管；财会队伍素质Abstract:since the eighteen National Congress, the state has always advocated deepening the rural reform and devotes itself to developing the rural economy. Rural financial management has always been the focus and difficulty of the society. Although agriculture has been continuously invested in recent years, the production and life of farmers are improving, but there are many problems in rural financial management. This paper uses literature research method first on the rural financial management concept, rural financial management of several common patterns of combing the analysis below, this paper lay a theoretical foundation; by combining theory and practice, in order to Caolu town as an example, in-depth analysis of the status quo of Caolu town financial management, existing problems, and the problems one by one analysis.
