摘要目前,经济发展正处于知识经济时代,该时代的进步不仅需要信息技术和科 学技术的支撑,还需要充分发挥人力资源的推动作用,尤其是民营企事业单位。人力资 源是知识经济时代的主要竞争力,民营企事业单位可持续发展的核心是人力资源的管 理。人力资源管理相关问题一直是管理学中研究的热点话题之一,人力资源管理也属于“老生常谈”的话题之一。人力资源管理之所以能够一直成为研究的热点之一,关键在于人力资源管理具有“时代性”,即随着时间的不断演进,经济发展会呈现出不同的时代特征,而处于不同经济发展阶段的企事业单位人力资源管理的方式和要求也不相同。相较传统的人力资源管理,知识经济时代的人力资源管理需要顺应时代发展的大趋势。本文首先说明人力资源管理的相关理论与发展现状。然后,以交通设计院为分析案例,在对交通设计院人力资源管理现状分析的基础上,深刻剖析交通设计院人力资源管理问题研究,找到交通设计院人力资源管理中存在问题,针对这些问题提出相应的对策建议。 关键词 交通设计院 人力资源管理 存在问题 对策AbstractAt present, economic development is in the era of knowledge economy.
